Bogdana Nazarova is the reigning Miss Florida US Nation 2022 titleholder. Bogdana began her journey with the Miss US Nation Pageants after being selected to represent Miami at the state competition. Bogdana competed for the state crown on January 16th, 2022 in the city of Palm Beach Gardens; where she won the state title and was crowned Miss Florida US Nation 2022. Bogdana began her modeling career after completing her university studies when she moved to Kyiv. Moving to a new city at the time, extended the opportunity for her to experience new things. As a TV host, she began to receive offers to promote brands and products. Bogdana then noticed she wanted to venture more into runway modeling. As a titleholder with the Miss US Nation Pageants, Bogdana has received the opportunity to walk for New York Fashion Week this coming Fall 2022 season with the Super Chic Fashion Tour, in addition to many other cities as well.

The modeling industry, in Bogdana’s opinion, is about increasing creativity for individuals to express themselves through fashion. Being a model has created an avenue for her to realize her own potential. As Miss Florida US Nation 2022, Bogdana plans to use her title as a humanitarian purpose. “For more than 10 years I have been helping the orphanage in my hometown on my own and now I have the opportunity to help even more people and this makes me happy”, says Bogdana. She is also preparing to compete for the national crown of Miss US Nation 2022, which will be held in October of this year in Washington D.C.

In five years from now, Bogdana hopes to open her own charity foundation, and soon plans to launch her own business in Miami, FL. She also hopes to walk for large fashion houses in the future such as Versace, Tom Ford or Dior in Paris. Bogdana is confident in her abilities and she is sure that it will happen. Bogdana appreciates how popular models have made their way to fame, created their own projects and their own popularity. Not only being runway models, but successful entrepreneurs as well. Bogdana would like to break the stereotype about models being all about “looks”, but also about intelligence, independence and entrepreneurship. As a child, Bogdana dreamed of becoming a singer, actually. “I was always attracted by the stage and attention. I imagined myself in a huge stadium and everyone sang along in response – goosebumps. Perhaps this childhood dream will become a reality!”, says Bogdana.
